Personal information we collect
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
If you contact us via our website or via e-mail we will process the information you share with us to process your request. If you subscribe for our newsletter we will process and retain your e-mail address for this purpose.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill your orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations, process returns and complaints). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud;

The use of your device data for these purposes is in our legitimate interest and therefore justified according to legal provisions.
If we want to use your data for other purposes than stated above, we will ask for your explicit consent and approval, e.g. we will ask you if you want to receive information and advertising through your e-mail account.
You are entitled to revoke such consent any time.
Sharing your personal Information
We generally do not share your personal information with third parties.
However, we are entitled to use third parties (service providers) to fulfill our contract with you. We can therefore share personal Information with third parties inside and outside the European Union if and insofar as it is necessary to help us process your order and improve our services, as described above. Those service partners will process your data on our behalf and at our directions. We will inform you and ask for your consent if we want to share your personal information with third parties for other reasons than stated above.
As described above, we can use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you if you agree. Additionally, if you are a European resident note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside the European Union, including to Canada and the United States. If your data is processed outside the EU, we do so under the EU-US Privacy Shield program, which sets out standards for how we process your personal information to comply with European laws.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We will store your data at least as long as this is necessary due to legal provisions or for the purposes of our legitimate interests.
